1. About AussieReg

AussieReg is an online business registration facilitation service operated by Duste AI Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are a document preparation and lodgement service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or financial advice. Our services are designed to simplify the process of registering a business with ASIC and the ATO.

2. Our services

AussieReg provides the following services:

• Preparation and lodgement of business name registrations with ASIC
• Preparation and lodgement of ABN applications with the ATO
• Preparation and lodgement of company (Pty Ltd) registrations with ASIC
• Partnership ABN registration
• GST and PAYG withholding registration with the ATO
• Express same-day lodgement (business days only, lodgement before 3pm AEST)

We act as a facilitator. We prepare and lodge your application on your behalf but the ultimate approval decision rests with ASIC and/or the ATO. We cannot guarantee approval.

3. Fees and payment

Our service fees are as listed on our website at the time of your order. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Government fees charged by ASIC are included in our advertised prices for business name registrations and company registrations. ABN registration via the ATO is free of government charge.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is required in full before we begin processing your application.

4. Refund policy

Due to the nature of our services:

• Before lodgement: Full refund if you cancel before we have lodged your application with ASIC or the ATO. Contact us within 2 hours of payment.
• After lodgement: No refund is available once your application has been submitted to a government authority, as government fees are non-refundable.
• ASIC rejection: If ASIC rejects your application due to factors outside our control (e.g. name unavailable, ineligibility), we will re-lodge once at no additional charge or provide a partial refund of our service fee.
• Express lodgement: The express fee is non-refundable once we have prioritised your application, regardless of lodgement outcome.

To request a refund, contact support@aussiereg.com.au within the applicable timeframe.

5. Your responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete and truthful
• You are authorised to register the business or company
• You meet all eligibility requirements set by ASIC and the ATO
• You have obtained a Director ID if required for company registration
• You understand that providing false information to ASIC or the ATO is a criminal offence
• You are at least 18 years of age

6. Turnaround times

We aim to lodge all standard applications the same business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Actual registration times are determined by ASIC and the ATO and are typically:

• ABN registration: same day to 28 days (usually same day)
• Business name registration: same day to 2 business days
• Company registration: same day to 2 business days

Express lodgement guarantees we submit your application before 3pm AEST on the same business day you order, if your order is placed before 1pm AEST.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our services, delays caused by government authorities, or rejection of applications.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Not legal advice

The information and AI-powered guidance provided on this website is general in nature and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your business structure.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website including text, design, code, and the Duste AI brand is owned by Duste AI Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
